Eligibility Criteria:
Admission is offered to applicants who have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree (14th Year Education) in Food Science, Islamic Studies, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines. Applicants with industry experience or a background in areas like quality control, food production, finance, Hospitality, Pharma, or regulatory affairs may also be considered.

Introduction:
This Postgraduate Diploma offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain specialized knowledge in Halal Sciences and Halal Management, preparing them for leadership roles and contributing to the growth and development of the Halal industry globally.This comprehensive course explores the scientific, regulatory, and management aspects of Halal, providing participants with the expertise needed to thrive in this dynamic and growing sector. The Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) course is prepared by leading industry experts with several years of experience to help the Muslim-Ummah to understand halal industry science and produce human capital for the halal market The course are prepared based on the based on Quran and a-Hadith interpretations by the Maliki, Hambali, Shafie and Hanafi sects. This course will cover all variety of topics about what are shuba in halal industry. It will cover topics like what are halal (permissible), and haram (unlawful), the concept of Halal, halal market, product development, Muslims consumers and how halal is important to them, halal training and certification procedures. This PGD Program also offers complimentary Halal Lead Auditor Course.

After completing PGD in Halal Sciences and Management the following attributes will have been fulfilled in students:

Scope:
From key positions in the global Halal industry to contributions in research and development, the program opens doors in food production, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Graduates can navigate Halal finance and banking, ensuring adherence to Sharia principles, and manage assurance systems in supply chains. Opportunities extend to regulatory compliance, consultancy, entrepreneurship, education, and quality control across various sectors.
Learning Model:
The trainer uses up-to-date training techniques and a variety of training methods, to give all participants the best opportunities for learning, including Lectures, Tutorials, Class Sessions, Group Discussions, Interactive Workshops, Simulations Exercises, Case Studies, Individual Assignments, Templates and Tools, delivered in course-specific facilities.
Assessment:
The participant’s study progress evaluation mechanism is based on continuous assessment throughout the Semester by giving assignments, quizzes, and final term exams. The final term exams count for 80% of the total marks for a course.
